Mary is a fifteen-year veteran of the financial services telemarketing industry. Previously she served as the President of IntelliSell Corporation, an organization that specialized in insurance telemarketing. In this position she was responsible for that company's insurance positioning. Her insight into the marketing needs of the insurance industry positioned her well to translate those needs to operational reality. Mary received a BA from Dana College and an MBA from Southern California University. Mary is a licensed insurance agent.
Pat has more than thirty years experience in the direct marketing of Insurance. Her experience includes managing teleservices outsourcing for Providian Corporation; previously she headed up the field sales division for National Liberty Corporation; and was Senior Director of Regional Sales for IntelliSell Corporation - an organization specializing in insurance telemarketing. Most recently, she has provided teleservices consultation for Fortune 100 companies. Pat's current responsibilities include all sales and marketing activity for Ci Direct. Pat received her BA from Immaculata College and is a licensed insurance agent.
Gene's experience includes 14 years in call center operations and coordination. Previously, he was involved in many aspects of developing an internal call center at The Principal Financial Group, and is instrumental in establishing our Harlan and Avoca centers as "best in class" call center environments. Gene received a B.A in Economics and Psychology from Drake University. He is insurance licensed and possesses CSA and LOMA designations.

and software development. Her former positions include IT Analyst for CDS and
multi-site Systems Administrator for the U.S. Senate. Her
strong background in software development and project management are utilized
at CiDirect for business development implementation. Currently
