The 15,000 square foot Harlan, Iowa, site houses the Corporate Headquarters and administrative offices with 174 workstations

The Taos, NM center opened in 2004 and houses fully licensed bilingual agents, providing phone sales and service for the Hispanic Market, and supports 150 seats.

Each center is designed with the employee’s comfort and productivity in mind. There are dedicated instruction rooms as well as computer labs to support training and program testing. Supervisor’s work areas allow them to maintain close contact with their agent team.

Facility Security

Each building is secured with an electronic security system that limits access to the front door, and sensor controlled employee entrances. Security cameras monitor entrance activity. Systems are linked to a central command center providing 24x7 monitoring with direct connection to local law enforcement.
